Who We Are
This is an independent guide to one casino, written for players in the United Kingdom. We are not Las Vegas Casino, we do not work for ProgressPlay Limited, and nothing here is published on the operator's behalf. The remit is narrow on purpose. Rather than rating three hundred casinos shallowly, this site covers one brand properly: what the licence actually says, what the cashier actually does, what the bonus terms mean once you read past the headline, and where the operator's published claims and the public record do not line up. That last category is the reason the site exists.
Everything is written and checked by one person, which keeps the voice consistent and makes it obvious who is accountable when a page is wrong. The byline at the foot of each page carries the name, the publication date and the date the page was last verified. Those dates are not decorative — a page that says it was checked last week was checked last week.
How We Check Things
There is a hierarchy of sources and we stick to it. First the operator's own published material — the terms and conditions, the promotional rules and the live cashier, because that is what actually binds your account. Second the Gambling Commission's public register, for licence status, the licensee's legal identity and registered trading names. Third the game studios, for RTP and volatility figures.
Where those disagree, we say which one we followed and why. If Something Here Didn't Work
A bonus code was rejected
Offers change without notice and codes expire. The operator's promotions page is authoritative; this site is a snapshot. If the code on a page here has stopped working, that page is out of date and we would rather know than not.
A limit or fee doesn't match
Your live cashier shows the limits that apply to your account at your verification level, which can differ from the published defaults. Trust the cashier.
A deposit was declined
Usually a bank-side block rather than anything the casino did. The MCC 7995 page walks through the causes in order, and the first two fix most cases.
A withdrawal is stuck or an account is locked
We cannot intervene — nobody outside the operator can. Use the operator's formal complaints process first. If that fails, UK licensees must give you free access to an approved alternative dispute resolution body, and the Gambling Commission takes reports about licensee conduct.
